Strawberry Salad

4 cups of fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced.
½ cup of halved cashew nuts.
3 tablespoons of orange juice.
2 tablespoons of caramel ice cream topping.
2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

Prepare the strawberries and place them in a serving bowl.

Mix together the orange juice, caramel topping and maple syrup.

Drizzle the mixture over the strawberries.

Lightly toast the cashew nuts by baking at 350F for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the cashews over the strawberry salad and serve)
